What the car guy told me... Car number One

I put an offer on the car, which was like 1/3 of the price and told him if he was "desperate" to sell it I could give him (a certain amount) cash, and he called me "fuc*** retarded". Haha, I do not blame the guy for thinking I was crazy, but I made it clear that is he was "desperate" to sell it, like he said he was, I had an offer. So... At least I tried! At least I won't regret not putting an offer on the car.
